The Longmont Genealogical Society’s goal is to promote an interest in genealogy research. Learning about your family history can be one of the most interesting and rewarding hobbies you’ll ever find. Ever wonder about your ancestor’s arrival in this country? Are there stories that have been passed down in your family for which you would like to learn the truth? Genealogy research can answer your questions. And, learning about best practices and new techniques can make it even more enjoyable.
