Join or Renew Membership in
the Longmont Genealogical Society (LGS)
Membership in LGS is for a calendar year, January through December. There are two levels of
membership, both of which include a digital copy of the Longmont Heritage newsletter
which is distributed quarterly via email. If you wish to have a copy of the newsletter printed and
mailed to you there is an additional $15 per year charge. Membership levels are as follows:
- Individual Membership - $25: Covers a single individual
- Family Membership - $30: Covers two people in the same household
Whether you are new to LGS or an existing member looking to renew, we offer two methods
for registration and payment of dues. Links to both are below.
Method 1: Online via Cheddar Up
Click the Cheddar Up logo below to start the on-line registration process. The link will take you to
the instructions for using the online process which has 3 steps: selection of membership level, filling
out registration form, and pay. This method creates a digital record of your
registration information for the LGS Membership officer, thus avoiding errors in reading handwriting
and transcription. Payment can be made by credit or debit card*, cash, or check.
On the Cheddar Up checkout page immediately below the Phone # is a check box to "Create an account". Click the box to uncheck it. Registering for a Cheddar Up account is not needed/required to use this method to submit your information and/or pay using Cheddar Up.
* A Debit Card must be a Visa or Mastercard logo'ed card.
Method 2: Print and Pay
Click the form icon below to download the registration form. Print the form and return it with your payment
to the address on the form or bring it in-person to a meeting.
